Fashion Editor of the Daily Telegraph, Hilary Alexander, has to be one of the most hardworking fashion editors in the industry. She is also reputed to be very nice and is an excellent Tweeter - assuming she actually does it herself?
Last week she shared with the Twittersphere where she buys her trade mark ethnic necklaces from, and as we like to sport the eccentric textile lecturer/art teacher look from time to time, we went straight onto PebbleLondon to see if we could pick ourselves up a oversize necklace or two (it seems to be jewellery week here on TWR!).
Pebble stocks a vast selection of amazing jewellery, sourced from India, China, Africa, South America and Thailand, and over the years they have worked with, or sold to, many big name fashion designers.
The range is so big, it's almost overwhelming, so allow yourself plenty of time to browse. It's not cheap, but there are some really lovely investment pieces and you could always leave the page open on the computer, just as your other half passes by!! It is Christmas soon after all!

Oh Hilary always looks fab - I once asked her where her necklace was from and she told me she'd bought it in the High Atlas Mountains! Much easier to click onto the Pebble website,eh?

I like it Steve. For me your summary presents a powerful picture.
I would add that fundamentally the change happens between individuals, in the detail of the way we conduct our interrelationships and our experience of them. That's why Shift 4 is so important.
That’s why I would modify the first sentence of your closing paragraph to read: "In the end, the gains are accomplished by a transition from a focus on things to a focus on what happens between people."
