That coat has my name all over it -- a must-must-must-have purchase for me this winter -- any chance we can get our hands on it before end October ? I really want it now !!! How do I know Francine Seward -- I think I have met her in another life !

The coat is gorgeous, we at The Women's Room also have our eye firmly on it, would be perfect as a pre Christmas glam number to wear during the day. Axx

It so has your name on it Sue. Think the style may be called the 'Sue Evans' !!

ladies from East, hope you are listening to our readers on size! I know that you said you were adding an 8 to the range, so that's great news....Marilyn what size do you think East should go up to?

Yes please ladies from East, remember us bigger fashionistas -- fashion shouldn't stop at size 14. She said, reaching for another Jaffa cake .....

I second that...I too find it very difficult to fit into the standard size 16... come on ladies at East.... design for your slightly larger sisters! We love your fashion too!

Francine Seward

Dear Ladies,
We are currently adding to our sizes both down to a size 8 in most styles and we do do a size 18 in everything! Our sizing is quite shall we say 'generous' so even if you are not mega thin there is a lot that will fit you or me,as an addiction to jaffa cakes (white wine) and 2 children later have played havoc with my waist line (and sanity!).
Completely with all of you on the lack of 'real fashion' clothes for anyone over a size 14 ,most brand designers seem to think that no one over a size 12 (actually probably a 10)wants to buy really nice clothes and it is hugely frustrating to have credit card burning in one's pocket but nothing to buy except a white shirt normally from the Menswear range.Absolutely we love fashion but it should be for everyone not just the uber thin (whatever Karl may think!)

Marilyn_mm

Well what has size got to do with it? I can range from a size 14 to a size 18! I think there are loads of us out there that want to fit into the clothes we love and that means the lovely ranges launched regularly at East! I also have the problem that I am short as well so anything which has a particularly long body line does not suit me but I think if it is a generous size 18 then it should be OK. I think beyond that you are getting into the Plus size ranges.
