When Jane did her interview with Debora Robertson she mentioned that Debora had a fabulous parchment lined foil that she was using. I got very excited about this, but couldn't find it anywhere. Then this weekend in the Saturday Telegraph magazine found it, at Lakeland, where else? I have ordered five boxes of the stuff (it's £3.99 a box) as it seems an incredibly brilliant idea. But I am easily pleased.
I've been a bit worried about cooking food directly onto aluminium foil ever since I read somewhere that aluminium is connected to Alzheimer's, and much as I love parchment paper, it never stays in the right place. How much do we love Lakeland?
Oooh, what a great idea. Don't know of anything like it around my way.

For any folks invested in more and better resident contribution, that is a knock back, i believe. But strangely enough, the newest one-pager Can involve many responsibilities around consultation.
