I wandered into Fred Perry in Covent Garden this week to check out the clothes for teenagesons, they quite like the polos and the shoes and middleteen got a Fred Perry hold-all for his birthday. Much to my surprise I found something I liked; the Laurel limited edition, Richard Nicholl collection for spring 2011. It is really pretty and wearable, despite being modelled on a 12 year old in the marketing campaign, which is fine of course, it's clearly aimed at the young, although I do wonder how many of them can afford a cardigan for £150.
The pointelle cardi is embellished with little pearls and made from very soft silk, viscose and lyocell. I think it's the prettiest summer cardi I've seen for ages, there is also a matching vest and this dainty cap-sleeved top below.
At £150 for the cardi, £100 for the vest top and £125 for the cap sleeved number, it's a clothes-crush rather than a suggestion to buy, but there's always the sale.
I've been obsessing over the Lurex polo shirt for a while now - but as you say, not long till the sale!

I loved that lurex top too, it's such a pretty collection isn't it? Nice dresses too. Ax

For any folks invested in more and better resident contribution, that is a knock back, i believe. But strangely enough, the newest one-pager Can involve many responsibilities around consultation.
